Hello, my name is Isaiah. I am a prophet of God. That means that God gives me messages to deliver to His people. Last night God gave me an incredible message.

"Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever." Isaiah 9: 6. 7

What God was telling Isaiah was that sometime in the future that a virgin would have a son and that He would be God's son. Isaiah wrote about this long before THE little baby was born in Bethlehem.

Now you and I can make predictions about the future can't we. But they aren't worth very much UNLESS they come true.

The important thing to remember about Isaiah is that:

God spoke to Isaiah.
Isaiah wrote about what was supposed to happen in the future. THEN IT HAPPENED just as God had told Isaiah.
